The Remembering
A one-on-one powerful up to 2-hour Reiki session to clear any blocks stored in the body energetically, calms the mind and reconnects you to the deeper knowing of why you are here. Sometimes nothing changes on the outside, until your body does.
The Unfolding
A guided Reiki Integration experience includes two 2-hour Reiki sessions and one integration call over 3 to 6 week period. Created to support clarity, grounding and real-life application as energetic shifts begin to settle. This allows spaciousness for your body to respond, recalibrate and move forward.
The Becoming
A three month held Reiki experience with three 2-hour Reiki sessions and two integration calls. Created for deep nervous system support, to match the bodies natural rhythm and for meaningful embodied change through consistent, spacious guidance over time.
