But NOTHING was missing.
I had simply buried myself beneath fear, conditioning & the stories I had learned to believe about who I was & what was possible for me.

1. Recognise the other person is you.
What you experience on the outside is a direct reflection of what’s happening within. The world lives within you. Our relationships can act as mirrors, revealing what is happening within us. When something stirs you, pause and ask: “What is this showing me? What needs love, compassion or forgiveness?” As we deepen our acceptance of ourselves, we create more space to accept others.
3. When the time is on you, start, and the pressure will be off.
Begin before you feel completely ready. Take the next step with compassion for yourself and others, release self-judgement and loosen your attachment to the outcome. The outcome is never in your hands, so let go and trust that there are no mistakes and every decision is the right one. You do not need to know the whole path to begin walking it.
5. Vibrate the Cosmos.
The Cosmos shall clear the path.
Bring awareness to your words, your voice and the energy you carry. Through mantra, sound and daily inner practice, create space to connect with your inner wisdom. Let your expression and actions reflect what you wish to bring into the world.

2. There is a way through every block.
Mind always trying to avoid pain and seeking pleasure. Be at peace with both pleasure and pain. Practise witnessing your thoughts without becoming caught in the story or judging everything as good or bad. Stillness and regular practice can create space for clarity, intuition and a new way forward. Be the seer, witness your thoughts and ask questions. Good, bad or neutral?
4. Understand through compassion, or you will misunderstand.
Compassion begins at home with self, with how you treat yourself and extends to how you meet others. Take responsibility for your behaviour, practise patience and stay curious about what another person may be experiencing.
